Organic virgin borage and evening primrose oils naturally contain essential fatty acids (gamma-linolenic acid > 12% for the mixture and linoleic acid > 47% for the mixture) that our bodies cannot synthesise. Directions: 3 capsules per day to be taken with meals. The 200-capsule jar provides a complete course of treatment for about 2 months. To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
