Derived from our basil in olive oil, Pesto Rosso is particularly suitable for pasta, rice and steamed potatoes. It can be served as toast and used to decorate your Provençal pies and tarts. Layered with olive oil and lemon juice, it is the ideal base for your beef carpaccio.
