This year, 2021, we wanted to honor our employees in a unique vintage!

The New Harvest event cuvée offers a collection of unique bottles!

Each bottle features one or more of our employees, with a total of 59 different editions.

Obtained from olives harvested in November, new crop oil is the first of the season. It has fine aromas of fresh almond and more intense aromas of cut grass and green tomato. 8kg of olives are needed to obtain 1L of pure natural juice.

Olive oil is prized for its nutritional qualities, naturally containing Omega 9 and rich in unsaturated fatty acids.
It will also be the ideal partner for your recipes. Particularly recommended for Mediterranean-style seasonings, such as steamed fish and vegetables.

This year, once again, the oil comes directly from our family estate in Spain, La Finca, where our president David Garnier used to spend his vacations throughout his childhood.
