Emile Noël selected the know-how of an artisan oil mill to produce this olive oil issued from Picholine, a typical olive variety from the Gard region, full-bodied and slightly peppery.
This oil is at its own image and contrasts with its fruity aromas, characterized by herbaceous notes, pineapple, yellow plum and raw artichoke.
you will also find notes of red plum and apple, which will perfect this aromatic portrait.
