DESCRIPTION
This first cold pressed oil was extracted from soya beans. Soya beans are a popular legume in organic farming because they provide nitrogen to the soil. The choice of an organic cultivation method guarantees respect for the environment, farmers and optimal taste quality. It is packaged at the Huilerie Emile Noël in the Gard.
This dark yellow oil with a strong haricot bean flavour is particularly recommended for cold seasonings.
