Apple fritters

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk

PREPARATION

– In a large bowl, pour in flour and yeast and make a well.
– Put in the two egg yolks and a pinch of salt.
– Mix well.
– Add the milk gradually.
– When the batter is smooth, add the two egg whites beaten into soft peaks.
– Peel the organic apples (and hollow them out).
– Then cut them into even slices.
– Did the slices in the batter and fry them.
