Home made Granola: Hazel nuts & Cranberry

Quantities: Serve 1  |  Preparation Time: 10 min | Cooking time: 15 à 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 g of small oat flakes
  • 75 g of big oat flakes
  • 1 generous handful of hazelnuts

PREPARATION

– Crush the hazelnuts.
– Mix all the ingredients.
– Spread finely on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
– Cook for 15-20 minutes at 160° by checking frequently
– Let it cool then keep in an airtight bottle.

Breakfast ideas? 1 white cheese, fresh fruit and 4 tbsp GRANOLA.
Replace agave syrup with acacia honey (GI)
Shelf life : around 15 days.
