Saithe in a crust

Quantities: Serves 4 |  Preparation Time: 5 min |  Cooking time: 10 min


  • 4 saithe fillets
  • 20g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable milk or semi-skimmed milk


– Whisk the egg with the milk, salt and pepper.
– Pass the saithe fillets through this mixture, then through the flour.
– In a large oiled and preheated skillet, brown the fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
– Decorate with the parsley.
