  • 160 g semolina
  • 2 thin turkey cutlets
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber


– Cook the semolina with a teaspoon of argan oil.
– Cook the turkey in a pan.
– Dice the bell pepper, the cucumber, onion and the turkey.
– In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients.
– Season with fresh lemon juice, mint, salt and a generous dose of argan oil.
