– Mix the olive oil, mustard and crystal salt in a salad bowl
– Wash the potatoes in water
– Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces (as potatoes)
– Mix the prepared sauce and the potato
– Spread over a baking dish and cook in oven for 30 minutes to 180°C
