– Cut the broccoli florets.
– Boil the water in the vitalizer.
– When the water boils transfer the broccoli florets, the spinach and the frozen peas and cook for 10 min.
– Leave it to cool.
– Pluck the basil leaves and cut finely.
– In a salad bowl, mix lemon juice, mustard and the agave.
– Add salt, pepper, cumin and then incorporate the oils and basil.
– Add the green vegetables and mix well.
– Serve in plates and sprinkle basil, pomegranate seeds, almonds and serve some green olives and kiwi
