That’s how our latest innovation was born: the DHA+ organic vegetable oil cocktail.
Aware of the importance of this fatty acid in our diet, Emile Noël wanted to develop an oil containing DHA naturally, without incorporating animal matter.
In fact, DHA is often found in fish oils, for example. These oils cannot therefore be consumed by a segment of the population such as vegans or vegetarians.
At Emile Noël we want to make our products accessible to as many people as possible.
That’s how we came up with this cocktail of oils, incorporating French seaweed oil, which naturally contains this fatty acid, in combination with deodorized rapeseed oil and deodorized oleic sunflower oil.
Emile Noël DHA+ cocktail is an oil with a mild, slightly iodized flavor, perfect for seasoning salads, crudités or fromage frais.
