The organic olive oil that comes from Lesvos is an oil that, in addition to its nutritional benefits, has exceptional taste qualities and almond flavours with a slight hint of aniseed. This thick and yellow/green oil will be ideal to season raw vegetables or to make sauces (vinaigrette, garlic, mayonnaise…). It will enhance all your hot vegetable dishes.
