  • ½ cuil. teaspoon fresh thyme

Caramelized spaghetti with balsamic and burrata cheese

La recette

– In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the packaging.
– Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Place the sugar, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a heavy-bottomed frying pan. Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes until thickened and syrupy.
– Pour the drained spaghetti into the pan and toss well to coat with the sauce. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.
– Divide the pasta between 4 soup plates and place half a burrata on each. Serve immediately.
