Lemon Bundt Cake

La recette

– Preheat oven to 180°C.
– Oil a Bundt cake tin. Book now.
– Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
– In a separate bowl, mix together the grapeseed oil, eggs, milk, lemon juice and zest.
– Combine the two mixtures to obtain a smooth paste. Pour into the tin and bake for 1 hour. Until the blade of a knife stuck in the heart comes out clean.
– Leave to cool and unmould.
