Papillote of white fish with lemon hemp vinaigrette

La recette

– In a bowl, emulsify lemon juice, olive oil, hemp oil and a pinch of salt. Book now.
– Place each fish fillet on a sheet of baking parchment and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt.
– Close the papillotes and place in a preheated oven at 180°C. Cook for 10 minutes.
– Cook the basmati rice in a pan of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet. Add the turmeric to the cooking water.
– Remove fish fillets from paper and serve with fragrant rice and hemp oil vinaigrette.
