  • 200 g feta cheese

Pea and feta frittata

La recette

– Preheat your oven to 180°C.
– Peel and finely chop the fresh onions. Steam the peas for 10 minutes.
– In a large bowl, mix eggs, 1 tbsp. tablespoon rapeseed and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
– Heat the spoon. tablespoons rapeseed and olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the spring onions for 5 minutes. Pour over the eggs, peas and crumbled feta.
– Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the frittata is golden brown and set.
– Serve warm with a nice salad.
