La recette

-Place a small amount of soy yoghurt in a ramekin, add the mustard and cashew purée and mix.
-Add the oil and whisk vigorously to obtain a fairly thick sauce.
-Add the cider vinegar and mix again.
-Finish your sauce by adding a little sugar (to counterbalance the acidity of the cider vinegar) and the gomasio.
-Add seasoning to taste.
