  • 300 g fromage frais
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice
  • 70 g powdered sugar

Strawberry cheesecake verrines

La recette

Wash and finely dice 100g strawberries. Add the tablespoon of cane sugar. Mix and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fromage frais, lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Place the speculoos in the bowl of a food processor. Blend to a powder. Pour in theOmega 3,6,9 oil . Blend again for a few seconds.

Divide the mixture between 4 verrines and press it into the bottom. Top with sliced strawberries and cream cheese.

Decorate the verrines with the remaining strawberries. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
