  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g bacon
  • 4 eggs

Zucchini, pea, bacon and mustard quiche

La recette

– Cook the peas in a saucepan with water for 5 to 7 minutes.
– Meanwhile, fry your lardons in a little olive oil in a hot frying pan for 5 min.
– Grate your zucchinis and set aside in a salad bowl.
– Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl, then add the drained peas, bacon and zucchinis.
– Add the sweet mustard with turmeric and Emile Noël spices and mix well.
– Pour the mixture over your shortcrust pastry, rolled out in a mould.
– Bake for 35 to 40 min at 180°C.
