  • 20g spinach leaves
  • 40g cooked butternut squash purée
  • 20g cornstarch
  • 2 shallots

Autumn mustard millet cakes

La recette

-Finely chop your shallots and brown in a frying pan for a few minutes.
-Chop your spinach so that it blends well with the mixture.
-Combine millet, squash, cornstarch, mustard, salt, coriander and paprika.
-Add the spinach, then the cooked shallots.
-Form into patties.
-Cook in a frying pan with olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
-You can finish cooking in the oven for a few minutes at 180 degrees.
