Liste des ingrédients

  • 1 bunch pink radishes
  • 4 small Lebanese cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp. teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves

Vegetable pickles

La recette

Wash and cut radishes and cucumbers into quarters and thick slices. Peel and quarter the red onion.

In each jar, place 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp. peppercorns, 3 sprigs thyme, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. tablespoon sugar. Divide the radishes, cucumbers and red onion wedges between the 2 jars.

Pour vinegar and boiling water on top. Close the jars tightly and leave to stand for 48 hours. Then store the pickles in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
