La recette

– Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh and place in a blender.
– Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, honey, hazelnut oil and coconut cream, then blend.
– Spoon into verrines and chill for at least two hours.
– Serve with fresh seasonal fruit.

Tip
Replace the honey with agave syrup for a vegan version.
