La recette

Steam the green beans for 10 minutes. They should remain slightly firm.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed sauté pan over high heat. Brown the chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side.

Add the black pepper mustard, cream and salt. Mix well and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the beans to the pan for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve piping hot.
