Opinion of the Moulinier
In the mouth: Delicacy is its hallmark, and there’s no question of a strong marine taste!
Transparent and pearly, its aromas and flavours are very discreet. It’s an oil that gives pride of place to the authentic taste of the foods it accompanies. Mixed with diced mango and avocado on grilled toast, it enhances the exotic flavors.
