  • 400 g carrots (3 carrots)
  • 1 shallot
  • 120 g shrimps

La recette

– Wash, peel and finely dice the carrots and shallot and set aside.
– Chop the parsley and set aside.
– Bring a large pot of boiling water to the boil and cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
– Brown the carrots, shallots and half the parsley in a wok or large frying pan with the toasted sesame oil. If the shrimp are raw, put them in now; otherwise, cook for 8 to 10 minutes at the end.
– Add the noodles and soy sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
