  • 1 semi-dry ripened goat’s cheese
  • 1⁄2 candied orange
  • 1 clove black garlic
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Goat’s cheese stuffed with black garlic

La recette

Prepare the stuffing. Pour the cream, diced orange, pistachios and chopped black garlic into a bowl. Mix gently.

Once the filling is ready, cut the goat’s cheese into 2 or 3 layers. Then spread the creamy mixture over the lower parts of the goat’s cheese.

After stuffing the goat’s cheese, lift up the cheese. Strain the cheese and refrigerate for 2 days to allow it to absorb the flavor of the black garlic.

Bring cheese to room temperature 1 hour before serving.

This recipe can also be made with other soft cheeses.
