  • 2 broccoli
  • 100 g spinach
  • 300 g frozen or fresh peas
  • 3 cás de jus de citron
  • 1 cás de cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 5 or 6 sprigs basil
  • 2 pinches cumin

La recette

– Remove the broccoli florets.
– Bring the water in the @vitaliseur to the boil.
– When the water boils, add the broccoli florets, spinach and frozen peas and cook for 10 min.
– Leave to cool.
– Remove the basil leaves and chop finely.
– Mix lemon juice, mustard and agave syrup in a bowl.
– Season with salt, pepper and cumin, then add the oils and basil.
– Add the greens and mix well.
– Serve on plates and sprinkle with basil, pomegranate seeds, almonds and serve with a few green olives and kiwi fruit.
