La recette

– Clean the mussels, removing any dirt from the shells.
– Peel and finely chop the onions.
– Heat the ghee in a saucepan. Brown the onions for 5 minutes.
– Add the mussels, coconut milk and mustard.
– Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mussels will open during cooking.
