  • 4 cloves black garlic
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 60 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Oatmeal and black garlic cookies

La recette

Preheat oven to 180°c. Melt the butter in 30-second increments in the microwave.

In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, sugar and flour with a fork.

Finely dice the black garlic cloves. Add to the oatmeal mixture, then stir in the lemon zest.

Stir in egg white, melted butter and almond milk. Mix everything together with a fork.

Once the mixture is well blended, shape the dough into small balls. Flatten the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for 15 minutes.
