  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. coffee vanilla extract
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 40 g chopped pistachios

Pistachio and raspberry blondie

La recette

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, pistachio oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir this mixture into the previous one until you obtain a smooth paste.

Pour the batter into a 20×20 cm square mould. Sprinkle over the raspberries and chopped pistachios.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
