Roasted asparagus with milk thistle oil

La recette

-Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
-Prepare your asparagus: Rinse your asparagus, dry it and remove 2 to 3 cm of the stalks.
-Drizzle asparagus with olive oil.
-Add a little salt.
-Arrange your asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
-Bake for about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the asparagus (watch your oven).
-Remove from the oven, adjust the seasoning, add a few slices of radish, a few parsley leaves, some dried onions and a generous tablespoon of milk thistle oil.
