La recette

Unroll the puff pastry and place the filet mignon on top. Brush with mustard and close the pastry over the meat.
– Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 35 min at 180°C.
– For the sauce: peel and chop the shallot. Brown in a small, hot, oiled saucepan.
– Add the mustard, vegetable stock and cream. Cook for 2 min.
– Serve the slices of filet mignon with the sauce.
