Salted waffles with mustard

La recette

-Stir in warm milk and yeast.
-Add the flour.
-Mix well and stir in the mustard, almond purée and your seasoning.
-Leave to stand for 1 hour.
Add the spinach shoots and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
-Heat your waffle iron and lay out your batter.
-Allow to heat through, but not too much as this will harden the waffles.
