Liste des ingrédients

  • 350g raw spaghetti
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 teaspoons shallot powder
  • 4 cc. tomato paste
  • 100 g dehydrated soy protein, small size version
  • 900 ml water mixed with vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon thyme powder
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoonschildren’s oil

Spaghetti Bolognese

La recette
  • Rehydrate the soy proteins in the vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside, reserving a little stock for the rest of the recipe.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Finely dice the carrots.
  • Sauté the onion in a little olive oil, then add the carrots, thyme and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in the rehydrated soy protein.
  • Add the tomato pulp, tomato paste and shallot powder.
  • Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add a little broth if necessary.
  • Season to taste.
  • At the end of cooking, stir in a generous tablespoon of Émile Noël Évolution oil.
