  • 200 g chickpeas

La recette

– Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook the spelt for 10 minutes. Add the rice and cook for a further 15 minutes, until the cereal is tender.
– Meanwhile, brown the lardons in a frying pan without adding any fat. Drain on paper towels.
– Rinse and drain the chickpeas and green beans.
– Mix all the ingredients together. Serve warm or cold.
