For the sauce

  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 1 c. tablespoon yellow curry paste
  • A few sprigs of chives
  • ¼ red onion

Sweet potato samossas with curry sauce

La recette

– Wash spinach leaves.
– Peel onion, garlic and sweet potato.
– Steam vegetables until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
– Cut the sheets of brick pastry in half and place a little filling in the corner. Fold into a triangle. With a little water, seal the edges of the brick pastry.
– Place 200 ml of frying oil in a saucepan or deep fryer, and dip the samossas in until golden brown.

Prepare the sauce
– Finely chop the red onion and snip the chives.
– Place all the sauce ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.
– Serve with samossas.
