  • 260 g semolina
  • 260 g boiling water
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g medjool dates
  • 280 g chickpeas
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

Tabbouleh with dates

La recette

– Pour the semolina into a glass bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover with a plate and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
– Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 4.
– Pit and cut the dates into small pieces.
– Fluff the semolina with a fork. Add the tomatoes, dates, drained chickpeas, onion and chopped mint.
– Season with Emile Noël’s L’Orientale oil cocktail, lemon juice, raz el hanout and a little salt and pepper.
– Chill for 1 h before serving
