Liste des ingrédients

  • 180g T55 flour
  • 200g soy yogurt
  • 40g Emile Noël PDO Nîmes organic olive oil
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 sachet yeast
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon toasted buckwheat (optional)
  • Chocolate chips to your taste

Icing

  • 100g Melted chocolate
  • 100g semi-thick soy cream
  • Topping: Toasted buckwheat and chocolate chips

Vegan chocolate cake

La recette

-Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
-Add the yoghurt, oil and lemon juice and mix until smooth and homogeneous.
-Add the milk, lemon juice and then the chocolate chips, mixing one last time.
-Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
-Pour the batter into the dish.
-Place in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
-Leave to cool a little and then arrange the icing and toppings. Let the icing set and enjoy!

Personally, I prefer to eat it the same day! For better conservation, film on contact!
