  • 180g orzo
  • 300g water mixed with vegetable broth + 1 glass of water if needed
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 100 g sweet potato
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 small handful spinach
  • Emille Noel olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy cream
  • Salt,coriander
  • 1 fine CS ofEmile Noël adult evolution oil

Creamy vegetable orzo

La recette
  1. Chop your shallot.
  2. Cut your mushrooms into strips, slice the carrots into thin rings and dice the sweet potato into small cubes.
  3. Cook your vegetables in olive oil for 5 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  4. Add your orzo and stir.
  5. Add your stock and cook your orzo for 8/10 min, adding a little water as you go, if necessary.
  6. At the end of cooking, add the spinach and cook for a further 1 min, then stir in 1 tsp coriander powder, oil and soy cream.Adjust the seasoning and mix well.
  7. Serve with a little coriander or dill.
