  • 70g unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 150g creamy peanut butter
  • Salt
  • 150g melted dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Évolution Émile Noël oil, specially formulated for your needs according to your age (in this case, a child).

La recette
  1. Crush the peanuts with a knife.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed peanuts, peanut butter and a pinch of salt, then set aside.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool slightly, then add a tablespoon of olive oil and stir.
  4. In silicone molds (for tarts, muffins or other), place a little melted chocolate on the bottom, then the peanut butter mixture in the center and on top, add a layer of melted chocolate (feel free to smooth the top of your bites).
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours, until the chocolate has set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
