  • 250 g homemade or purchased pizza dough
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

Artichoke pizza

La recette

– Preheat oven to 220°C.
– Place the basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan and peeled garlic cloves in the bowl of a food processor. Blend and drizzle with olive oil. Reserve the pesto.
– Roll out the pizza dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
– Spread 4 tbsp. tablespoon of pesto. Divide the artichoke hearts among the oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
– Spread the burrata over the pizza and serve immediately.
– Use the remaining pesto to season pasta or steamed vegetables.
