-A few radishes
-1 handful lamb’s lettuce and arugula mix
-Gomasio
-3 CS chickpeas

Preparing your vegetables
-Wash thoroughly and grate your carrot.
-Slice your cabbage into thin strips,
-Cut your radish into thin slices,
-Combine all prepared vegetables in a bowl.

1st option
Pour the sauce directly into the cabbage/radish/carrot mixture and mix well.
Store in a cool place!
And you can vary the pleasures by integrating this salad into a sandwich for example, with cereal bread I must admit it’s just delicious!

2nd option
Place your arugula and lamb’s lettuce salad on a plate and add your raw vegetable mix.
Add a little chickpea!
Spoon a little sauce over the top and sprinkle with gomasio and coriander.
