Fennel and carrot salad with ginger and sesame crumble

La recette

– Peel and finely grate the carrots.
– Once the branches have been removed, cut the fennel in half to remove the heart. Finely grate the bulb.
– In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the oil, lemon and ginger.
– Mix all the crumble ingredients and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 25 min in an oven preheated to 180°C.
– Divide the salad between 6 verrines. Sprinkle with crumble.
– Garnish with a pluche of fennel.
