  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tbspÉvolution Émile Noël oil, specially formulated for your needs and your age (in this case, over 50).
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari for a gluten-free version)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
