Pea soup

La recette

Peel and finely chop the shallot.

Place the peas, shallot and vegetable stock in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add salt if the broth does not contain salt.

Blend the mixture to obtain a smooth velouté. Divide the soup between 4 soup plates. Pour over theblue poppy seed oil and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Serve immediately.
