Granola

La recette

– Preheat your oven to 160°C.
– In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, deodorized rapeseed oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, chopped almonds and coconut.
– Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Until granola is golden brown, stirring with a spatula halfway through cooking.
– Leave to cool completely and store in an airtight glass jar. Serve with yoghurt, milk or compote.
