La recette

– Prepare the mayonnaise.
– Mix egg yolk, salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.
– Slowly whisk in the Emile Noël grapeseed oil. The mayonnaise should gradually thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
– Slice the cucumber and tomato. You can peel every other strip of cucumber skin if it’s organic.
– Toast bread and brush with mayonnaise.
