  • 2 vegetable lemon yoghurts
  • 10 cl lemon juice
  • zest of 1 or 2 lemon(s)
  • 100 g maple or agave syrup
  • 150 g rice flour
  • 130 g almond powder

Lemon Poppy Muffins

La recette

– Preheat oven to 180°c.
– Mix all ingredients except yoghurt and oil in a bowl.
– Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a nice, smooth paste.
– Add a little SSA plant milk if too thick.
– Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 min.
– Leave to cool and enjoy.
