  • 150 g jack be little squash
  • 50 g sweet potato
  • 320 g butternut squash
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon shiro miso

– Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
– Cook the chopped vegetables for 20-25 min until tender.
– Place the cooked vegetables and all the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and blend until you have a smooth, creamy soup.
– Add a little broth if necessary.
– Adjust the seasoning.
– Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with pomegranate seeds, roasted chickpeas, chestnut chips, coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of Emile Noël sesame oil, and enjoy.
